Dear Youth, Web site on state youth policy is already an expected reality. One of state youth policy priorities is ensuring youth full participation in republican social and political life, decision making and youth policy implementation process. Consequently, the information availability is of high importance. This web site enables to inform youth of Armenia and foreign countries as well as the whole society about youth field main problems, implemented and future projects, to introduce the gained experience and find ways of mutual cooperation directed to different long-term youth programs. About Us
The state youth policy of the Republic of Armenia is one of the main functions of the State and has strategic importance. It is called to create legal, economical and organizational conditions and guarantees for the development, self-affirmation and self-expression of the young generation that associates with national and global values and deeply realizes the responsibility for homeland and nation. The state youth policy of the Republic of Armenia has been realized as a systematized policy since 1995. In 1995 the Department of Youth Affairs was created in the staff of the Ministry of Culture and Youth Affairs, that was one of the important achievements of public field.
